By scheduling an appointment, all policies listed below are acknowledged and accepted. APPOINTMENT INFORMATION Please ensure availability for the full duration of the appointment. Full sets typically require 2–3 hours to complete. Appointment times are designed to allow for detailed customization and quality application without rushing the process. Any required add-on services, such as lash removals, must be booked in advance to ensure adequate appointment time. DEPOSIT POLICY All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the remaining appointment balance. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the appointment. A valid credit card may be required and securely stored on file to protect against repeated cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations. LATE POLICY If running late, please provide notice as soon as possible. Appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes of lateness. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. FILL POLICY Fill appointments are intended for existing clients who are returning within 2–3 weeks of their previous appointment. Appointments scheduled more than 21 days after the previous appointment will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. Fill appointments require sufficient lash retention to achieve the desired result. If retention is too low, a full set may be recommended at the time of the appointment. If unsure whether a fill is appropriate, photos may be submitted for evaluation prior to booking. Fills are not performed over another artist’s work. A removal and full set appointment will be required. To maintain the best appearance and retention, fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes of lateness. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 30% of the booked service. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee equal to 30% of the booked service. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online through the appointment confirmation email. Only the first deposit will be applied toward the appointment balance. Additional deposits required due to cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows are non-transferable and non-refundable.
