My goal is to help you go about everyday feeling your very best. By Appointment Only LOCATION: Buford, GA Please read all policies before booking. By booking an appointment you agree to all policies stated. Make sure you are free for the entire process. It takes anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to finish a set. I do not like to rush my work so that I can get the best results for you. Please book for any add-ons that are needed for our appointment. e.g. Lash Removals. DEPOSIT POLICY All deposits are non-refundable and go towards your remaining balance. The remaining balance will be due after your appointment. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number that will be kept on your client file, should repeat cancellations/no show(s) occur. LATE POLICY If running late please message me to let me know. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit. FILL POLICY 40% of your lashes must be remaining, otherwise you will be charged for a full set. If you are unsure feel free to send me a picture! Anything after 3 weeks (21 days) is regarded as a full set. I do not fill in over another artist's work. You will need to book a removal and a full set. If it looks like you need a fill you have waited too long. Your lashes should still look good but not as full. Please pre-book your fills every 2-3 weeks to ensure you lashes remain fluffy and fresh. Cancellation Policy
If running late, please let your technician know. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be considered a no-show for that appointment and your card on file will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
If you need to reschedule or cancel during non-business hours, you may do so online via your appointment confirmation email > manage my appointment > cancel > reschedule.
When booking & rescheduling, only the first & second deposit will go towards your balance. I reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 30% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment.
